Massachusets offers universal healthcare.
The Massachusets legislature passed a bill designed to provide health care coverage to all citizens of the state. The House passed it 154 to 2 and the Senate passed it 37 to 0. Governor Mitt Romney is expected to sign it.I am not sure yet what to think of the bill, except that it seems to be going the correct direction. Here is the article in the Washington Post.
